Taglocity is an interesting add-on for the popular e-mail client Microsoft Outlook. It provides users with a special system of tags that can be assigned to your e-mails, which can be of help in mail management.
Taglocity allows tagging messages both manually and automatically. The second tagging method means that the application will automatically tag incoming messages relying on the user defined criteria, for example, mailer's name, or certain words in the message body. After the application is installed, its toolbar appears in Outlook. It provides access to all functional elements of the program. The toolbar is divided in two rows. From the first row you will be able to get access to such functions as filtering and searching messages, configuration of the program's behavior and others. The second row contains the tags that can be assigned to your messages. Such parceling is rather useful as it makes the application more convenient.
